Classes

Every class has a coach on the floor and a plan on the board. Pick the one that fits, then show up. Each section below says who it is for, when it runs and how to start.

CrossFit · Seven days a week

The CrossFit class.

One coached hour: warm-up, skill or strength, then the workout. Every workout scales, so anyone can start.

New here? The trial is the way in: up to four coached L.I.F.E. classes in 7 days, 29 euro. Drop-ins are for people who have trained in a CrossFit class before.

People ask

Is CrossFit for everyone?

Yes. Every workout scales to the person doing it: beginner or competitor, same class, different loads and intensity. We coach you where you are.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. You get fit by training, not before it. Your first weeks are about learning the movements and building a base, and we have brought complete beginners through that for over ten years.

What should I bring?

Trainers, clothes you can move in, and a water bottle. We have everything else at the gym.

What time is the first class?

06:30, Monday to Friday. Saturday starts at 07:30 and Sunday at 08:30. Members book in the Wodify app.

Parents ask

How do I register my child?

Fill in the registration form, one form per child. It takes a couple of minutes: your child's details first, then yours. We confirm the place and the first session by email or WhatsApp.

Does my child need any experience?

No. Most children start with none. The first sessions are about learning the basic movements and the rules of the room, in a group of their own age, with a coach who works with children.

Which group is right for my child?

By age. Kids is 5 to 8, Pre-Teens is 9 to 13, Teens is 14 to 17. If your child sits on a boundary, message us and the coach will suggest the better fit.

What should they bring?

Trainers, clothes they can move in, and a water bottle. We have everything else at the gym.
